Welcome to Clearsight Cleaning Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.clearsightcleaningservices.com (the "Site") and the window cleaning services we provide (the "Services"). By accessing our Site, requesting a quote, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.


1. About Us

Clearsight Cleaning Services is a veteran-owned company providing residential and commercial window cleaning services throughout Northeastern Oklahoma, including Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Claremore, Owasso, Bartlesville, Fort Gibson, Afton, Bristow, Checotah, and surrounding communities.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you provide and/or an on-site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. If site conditions differ materially from what was described or observed at the time of the quote (for example, additional windows, excessive buildup, hard water staining, paint or construction debris, or accessibility issues), we reserve the right to adjust pricing before work begins. We will always notify you of any pricing change and obtain your approval before proceeding.


3. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Because our work is weather-dependent, we may need to reschedule appointments due to rain, high winds, lightning, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe conditions. If weather forces a reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment at no charge.


4. Property Access and Customer Responsibilities

To perform our Services safely and efficiently, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to all windows and work areas at the scheduled time, including unlocking gates and securing pets;
  • Remove fragile items, window treatments, or personal property from work areas where practical;
  • Inform us in advance of any known hazards, defective windows, broken seals, cracked glass, aftermarket tint or film, or other conditions that could affect the work;
  • Ensure that any required permissions (for example, from a landlord, HOA, or property manager) have been obtained before service.

If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot access the property or perform the work, a trip fee may apply.


5. Pre-Existing Conditions

Window cleaning can reveal — but does not cause — certain pre-existing conditions, including scratches, hard water etching, failed seals (fogging between panes), oxidation, screen damage, and deteriorated frames, caulking, or paint. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage resulting from defective or deteriorated windows, frames, seals, or tint. Where we identify such conditions before or during service, we will make a reasonable effort to bring them to your attention.


6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. For commercial accounts, invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees and suspension of recurring service. Returned payments may incur an additional fee.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship only and does not apply to conditions described in Section 5 or to spotting caused by weather occurring after service is completed.


8. Insurance and Liability

Clearsight Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our work, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can inspect and address the issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or loss of use.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.


9. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or misleading.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on the Site is complete, current, or error-free, and we may update content at any time without notice.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Clearsight Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.


11. Reviews, Photos, and Testimonials

With your permission, we may photograph completed work for quality assurance, training, and marketing purposes. We will not publish photos that identify your property's address or include personal information without your consent. If you submit a review or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it in our marketing materials and on the Site.


12. Communications

By providing your phone number or email address through the Site or when booking service, you consent to receive communications from us related to quotes, scheduling, service reminders, and invoicing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations) may still be sent as needed to provide the Services.


13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.


14. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not constitute an endorsement.


15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearsight Cleaning Services, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.


16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party.


17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
