ClearSight was founded by Jacob Tarter with a simple goal: honest work, clear communication, and treating every home and business with care.
Before moving to northeast Oklahoma, Jacob owned and operated Lakeshore Executive Window Cleaning in northern Indiana. His background in construction, the military, and facility leadership shapes how ClearSight works: consistent, well communicated, and respectful of people and property.
